![]() I've updated my application with the 4GB patch and checked the config log to make sure it worked. exe file and am trying to run it with an exe I have used on my previous Win10 laptop and on my Win7 PC that bypasses the CD check (since the CD check doesn't work on Windows 10). ![]() I've tried running in compatibility mode for XP Service Pack 2, I've tried running as administrator. So after over 3 hours I finally got all the EP's installed, and I still can't start my game. I had trouble installing the game in the first place - with University, I had to do a work around just to get it to install (see my post here). This time around, I can't even get the game to start. ![]() I had crashing problems but using the 4GB patch fixed it. I have a Windows 10 PC, I previously installed it last year on a Win10 laptop with little to no issues. So, I've spent about 3-4 hours today installing The Sims 2.
